Easily Control Drum Overtones
Evans E-Rings are an external overtone control ring created to remove unwanted ring and tone from drums. The e-ring is placed on the surface of the drum head and works to flatten the drum's sound, allowing for easier tuning.
This set features 2 14" e-rings; one in a 1 inch width and the other in 1.5". This provides the option of adjusting the amount of dampening you require depending on your particular needs. Perhaps you need more ring for a certain type of song, but want a more controlled sound for other situations. With this pack of two different e-rings, you have the option to switch out the rings quickly and easily to tailor your drum sound to your exact needs.
Evans E-Rings are available in a variety of sizes from 10" - 18" and can be bought either individually, in filler packs or for popular kit configurations.
